About Us
Trinity Vocational Solutions, LLC is a vocational coaching private practice that offers assessments and coaching services through our mobile or office settings. Our services include Career Coaching, Life Coaching, Social Skills Coaching, Job Coaching, Supported Employment, Job/Work Evaluations, Job Readiness Coaching and Work Adjustment Coaching.
We offer job readiness assessment to determine work preparedness ,access to labor market information, job openings, application process, employee rights/responsibilities, problem solving, motivation, employee evaluation process, and on-the-job behaviors Instruction in interviewing techniques, application process, role playing, employer rules and expectations, feedback and review.
TVS offer these services to the community and to agencies in the State of Georgia and surrounding areas. The focus of TVS is to provide quality vocational coaching through our office and mobile setting throughout the State of Georgia.
TVS Purpose
We offer one on one value via skill sets that evaluate, equip and empower individuals. Clients that have had a recent life event, seeking a career change, have recently become disabled and or transitioning into the workforce/marketplace, will require assistance to better their chances for success. Our services will help the individuals to navigate by listening for understanding, empowering them with a skillset that’s utilized into today’s marketplace and providing the motivation they need to do it. We are here to offer support and guidance by listening and being present with the clients.
Our Coaching Team
Our team is comprised of experienced and professional Certified Vocational Coaches and Social Coaches . Upon evaluating the needs of our clients, we developed a program that would specifically target deficits in social and life skills. The curriculum we use is supported by tested and evidence based research. Each client gains a broader, more knowledgeable understanding of life by increasing their competitive edge in the job market and beyond through our job coaching.
