Trinity Vocational Solutions, LLC is a vocational coaching and private practice that offers assessments and coaching services through mobile or office settings. TVS drives on passion and commitment to empower parents and students to maximize themselves. The founder understands first hand the challenges a child face with disabilities. Having a child with behavior issues and a learning disability provoked the desire to empower other students to become successful. 

Our services include Career Coaching, Life Coaching, Social Skills Coaching, Job Coaching, Supported Employment, Job/Work Evaluations, Job Readiness Coaching/Training, Personal/ Social Adjustment Training, Pre-ETs Services and Work Adjustment Coaching/Training. 

We offer job readiness assessment to determine work preparedness, access to labor market information, job openings, application process, employee rights/responsibilities, problem solving, motivation, employee evaluation process, on-the-job behaviors, Instruction in interviewing techniques, application process, role playing, employer rules, expectations, feedback and review. 

Trinity Vocational Solutions understands and more importantly, realizes the importance of healthy self-image, self-esteem, and self-awareness. The organization’s overall programming is designed to support holistic development within a vulnerable population—fostering maturity that is evidenced socially, economically, and emotionally.
